Registration Fees for the 2017 Asia Cash Cycle Seminar in Bangkok, Thailand:

Please note that fees will automatically increase if not paid by the following dates:
Early Registration – Fee and completed registration form received no later than 10 March 2017
Standard Registration – Fee and completed registration form received no later than 1 August 2017. 
Late Registration – Fee and completed registration form received on or after 2 August 2017
A 5% penalty will apply to all fees received after the start of the conference.

* An Industry Supplier is any company that is not a Bank, Casino, Retailer, CMC (CIT) or Government and does not sell products or services that compete with any of the event’s Sponsors'  products and/or services.

** A Competitive Industry Supplier is any company that manufactures/sells products and/or services that compete with any of the event’s Sponsors'  products and/or services.

*** A registered spouse/partner cannot have any connection to a registered company.

The Delegate Registration Fee:

Delegate Registration Fees are strictly individual and cover participation in the seminar’s two days of Plenary Sessions, event documentation/materials, three evening cocktail receptions, lunches, coffee breaks, access to the Sponsor Exhibition Area, access to the Sponsor Breakout Meetings , exclusive access to the Online Delegate Portal and entry to the Symposium on Currency Production - Where the Cash Cycle Begins. 

Hotel accommodation and transportation costs are not included. To make a reservation at the host hotel, please return to the Hotel page after completing the Delegate Registration process.

Photo Requirements

Upon arrival at the Seminar, all delegates will be issued a photo ID badge. Therefore, during the registration process you will have an opportunity to upload a photo to be used on your delegate badge. Please upload a current, passport style photo. For Spouses/Guests that are registered, you will have to send a passport style photo to Britnee Hursin for their badge.

Photography Disclosure

Upon registering for the conference, you are providing Currency Research the irrevocable right to use your likeness for advertising, trade and promotion. Photos provided will also be printed in our Delegate Book.  If for any reason, you wish to exclude your photo from being printed in our book, please contact Britnee Hursin. You are still required to upload a photo during the registration process to be used for your photo ID badge.

To Cancel

To cancel your conference registration, please write to Britnee Hursin and be sure to cancel any existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel to avoid or minimize any cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Full refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received by 14 August 2017
50% refund of fees if written cancellation is received 15 August 2017 through 28 August 2017
No refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received after 29 August 2017

Sponsor delegate registrations (paid) are non-refundable but can be replaced by another delegate registration.
